RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want your Sunshine Babies Boutique shopping experience to be as delightful as sunlight. Therefore, we’ve made sure that you can return or exchange your orders with no qualms at all!

Applying for a Return or Exchange

If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Kindly fill up the return form here with your concerns about the product to be returned or exchanged.
2. After filling up the form, send it to us at em@sunshinebabiesboutique.com with “RETURN-(YOUR ORDER NUMBER)” as subject.
3. Wait for our approval email first before sending the item back for exchange. (We will not accept returned items for which we have not given prior approval.)

Returns and Exchanges Policies
Any returns or exchanges will be subject to the following conditions:

• You may exchange an item within seven (7) days from receipt of the item.
• We can only process exchanges upon receipt of the returned item.
• All items returned MUST be in re-saleable condition.  It should be UNWASHED, UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS (if any), and IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
• If any item returned to us has already been washed, worn, used or has had tags removed, we regret that we cannot accept it. We will return the item to you at your expense.
• We will not accept returns for refunds; we only allow exchanges for another item or a store credit.
• Items on clearance can no longer be returned and cannot be subject for exchange.
• Please include a copy of your receipt when returning an item.
• Note that all shipping charges related to returning an item and sending an exchanged item will be shouldered by you, the buyer.
• Note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time the returned item arrives.  In this case, you may opt to choose store credit.
• If amount of the exchange item is less than the returned item, we cannot refund you for the balance.  It is best that you choose an item of equal value to the item you wish to return.
• If the amount of the exchange item is greater than the returned item, the remaining balance will be billed to you.  Note that the exchange item will be shipped out upon payment.
