Welcome to the Sunshine Babies Boutique! My name is Em, and I’m the owner of this online shop.  I’m so glad you’re here.

In order for you to enjoy your shopping experience on Sunshine Babies Boutique, please do read and consent to the store policies and conditions.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

  • Our right to modify information: All content on the Sunshine Babies Boutique online shop is for general information and use only.  We reserve the right to update, modify or change our content, terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • Disclaimer on accuracy of website information: We do not express nor provide any guarantee or warranty on the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in this website.  The information we provide should only be used as reference.
  • Waiver of liabilities: By using the Sunshine Babies Boutique online shop, you acknowledge that the available information presented here may contain inaccuracies or errors.  Your use of this site is at your own risk and as such, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or liability of any kind as a result of the use of this site.
  • Disclaimer on image resolution and customer perception on products: Please note that the colors of the products as shown on the Sunshine Babies Boutique online shop may vary slightly from actual colors due to your screen resolution.

STORE POLICIES
PRICING

  • All prices on Sunshine Babies Boutique are indicated in Philippine Pesos.
  • Quoted prices are fixed and subject to change without prior notice.

ORDERING

Our ordering process is as follows:

  1. Your order will be sent to us an email inquiry. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a text message that we received it.
  2. We will confirm your order within 24 – 48 hours via email. This confirmation email will show details of your order, total amount due, availability of the product(s) ordered, shipping fees, insurance fees and the payment details.
  3. Please send us a text message once payment has been made. You are given three (3) business days* upon receiving the confirmation email to settle your payment.
  4. If you need a payment extension or you want to change or cancel the entire order, please inform us of your changes within 3 business days of your order.  If after three (3) business days* we did not hear from you and you have not settled your payment, we will notify you that your order has been cancelled.

PAYMENT

We offer the following payment options:

  • BPI
  • Bank of Commerce
  • BDO
  • PayPal

Additional fees for PayPal: Since we did not tuck in any margin for fees included incurred for PayPal, kindly note that transaction fees will be added to your bill if you are paying through these channels.  Rest assured, only the transaction fee that will be charged to us will be passed to you.

Clearance of checks and bank transfers: Checks and bank transfer payments are subject to clearing.  Charges related to bank transfers (sending and receiving) shall be shouldered by you, the buyer.

SHIPPING

LOCAL SHIPPING

  • The Sunshine Babies Boutique ships to most areas of the Philippines.
  • Orders are shipped out a day after receipt or clearance of your payment.
  • Shipping fees are always shouldered by you, the buyer.  We offer free shipping for orders above 4,700 pesos. However, we regret that we cannot offer free shipping for prefolds since these are heavy and bulky items.
  • We will text and/or email you the tracking number on your order. Please do note that you, the buyer, are responsible for tracking your own package. Since our courier is an independent service from us, we cannot track each and every package that we send out.  Please contact us via text message if you experience any of the following: 1) if there is delay in delivery, so we can help you follow it up with the courier; and 2) when you receive your package.
  • Once your package is sent to the courier, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items and delays in shipping since the courier is independent from us.
  • We use XEND as our preferred courier service. However, if you prefer other couriers, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.  We only bill you the actual shipping charges plus insurance.
  • Delivery times vary from courier to courier but usually delivery is within 24 hours within Metro Manila and two (2) to four (4) working days in provincial areas.
  • We automatically add insurance costs to the shipping fee, for your protection. In the unlikely event that the courier loses your package, you will be refunded.  However, if you do not want to insure your package, just reply to our confirmation order email.  Note that we can’t help you out if your package gets lost or damaged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We can ship internationally.  Just let us know where and we will inform you of the shipping options available for your country.
  • We regret that we cannot offer free shipping for international destinations.
  • The same policies for Local Shipping apply to all International orders.

I appreciate you being here at the Sunshine Babies Boutique!

Please note that the Sunshine Babies Boutique is purely a working-mom owned business. As a “mompreneur,” I personally attend to all the nitty-gritty details of running this online shop. I handle everything from product orders, updates and email replies to packaging, sending out of orders, as well as all the bookwork, inventory, et al.

As you might guess, things can get pretty busy around here! So please understand that I will occasionally make mistakes, get delayed, and experience bouts of mom-related stress =).  However, I will try my best to keep my stocks up to date. If some items happen to be out of stock without me noticing it, or I am not able to answer your emails on time, please do understand that I will try my best to accommodate you.

Lastly, if there are urgent or pressing matters you wish for me to attend to, please let me know via text message and I will see what can be done to remedy the situation.
